How can I set up an account with ICE?

Easily! All it takes is a few minutes - either online or on the phone. Complete the online Open Free Express Account Form or call us on 0845 601 6243 and request an account setup, giving us your name, company name, address, and telephone number.


When can I begin shipping with my new Account Number?

For pickup accounts, it will be active on the date you request a shipment based on the information you enter on to the website.


How do I determine the cost of shipping a package?

To find the answer, you have to ask yourself several questions, including: Where's the package coming from and going to? How quickly do I want it there? What does it weigh? Are there any additional services or special requirements? The cost to ship your package will be a combination of the answers.Once you have an  active account you can complete these questions using our on line quotation facility.


What Does ICE Guarantee?

Where Guarantees are indicated on our tariff, ICE guarantee to deliver your shipment when we say we will, if we don’t for any number of reasons we will remove the charge from your invoice. For full conditions of Guarantees please see Terms & Conditions.


What Do I Get when I open a Free Account?

That can depend on You. You will get confirmation of account facilities, if you would like to we can arrange for a Sales person to visit you and discuss your specific requirements with you, or you can choose to be left alone in the knowledge that your account is in place should the need arise to use it.


Can ICE arrange collections from other locations in the UK & Internationally and Bill to our Account?

Yes we can - We can also deliver to a third party and bill third parties if they are collecting the costs. As well as hold shipments at Locations for collection.


Can ICE Track my shipment as it travels to its destination?

Yes we can - At ICE we have sophisticated Software that allows us to enter the Air Waybill Number onto our system, before it starts its Journey, then at various stages of its handling information will be relayed to the system as to its status, resulting in a Proof of Delivery.


What time will you need to collect my shipments?
